The presentation will discuss the current Small Games of Chance Act Rule and Regulation, pertaining to the operation and enforcement of the local Small Games of Chance Act, legal vs Illegal types of gambling, various types of permitted small games of chance games. Use of Proceeds for holders, Bingo Laws, and Special Occasion Permits. Also, the presentation will address strict liability for fire companies and how it affects the companies. Students will only receive a Cambria County Fire School Certificate for this class.
