This National TIM Responder Training Program establishes the foundation and promotes consistent training for all responders to incident involving operations on or near a highway. The PA – TIM objectives primarily target operations and special risks to personnel performing fire, rescue, and EMS functions. This program examines the risks and provides nationally recognized actions to minimize/reduce those risks.
